What’s Been Going On…. The Westword, Revolt to What?, and Other Things…
It’s been pretty busy here, so here’s a quick update on what’s been going on:
Yes, I have taken over the comic duties at the Denver Westword. So, my new comic The Denver Bootleg (which is a play on The Denver Boot… I’m so clever) will be appearing in print as well as on their website (in color!) weekly. This comic will deal with some of the history of the venues around Denver. The first three installments have appeared so far. Links are below.

My new comic, Revolt to What?, is a collaboration between myself and Denver author, Daniel Landes, that will be coming out in October from Suspect Press. He writes and I draw. You get the picture. It’s a drinking story set in Prague in the early 90’s, just after the Velvet Revolution. Here’s the tagline and cover.
In the newly formed Czech Republic, the early 90s began the era after the Velvet Revolution. Prague was a hot bed of new money and a gathering place for young people from around the world with big ideas. Revolt To What? is the story of what waited for this Eastern Block city when the Iron Curtain fell.
